Joe Cushing | Executive Vice President | Cushing

Joe joined Cushing in 1985 to direct the data processing department and he moved into sales in 1987. Joe was named Sales Manager in 1991, and Executive Vice President in 2000. He continues to work closely with key clients alongside Cushing's sales staff in his role, in tandem with his sister Cathleen Cushing Duff; he has been identified as the person who will succeed her as President of the Company. Joe has been instrumental in transforming his company into a full-service graphic imaging business after 70 years of serving the A/E/C industry with blueprinting and document services.

Megen DiSanto | Manager, Global Strategy & Campaigns | McDonald’s

Megen leads McDonald's global communications for the family business, with a focus on 360-degree strategic consumer campaigns including paid, earned, and owned channels. During her time at McDonald's, she has led communications and corporate responsibility campaigns across sustainability, people, and food. Prior to joining McDonald's Corporation, she spent nearly a decade in the A/E/C industry serving as marketing and business development director. 

Jacque Patterson | Executive Vice President, Employee Engagement Practice Leader | August Jackson

As leader of the agency’s Employee Engagement practice, Jacque helps clients navigate major organizational change and enhance the employee experience. With experience in both consulting and internal talent roles, she’s worked with organizations from a variety of industries, including technology, insurance, health care, financial services, manufacturing, construction and education. The companies she’s called home before AJ include PricewaterhouseCoopers, Jack Morton, Omnicom and Slalom.

Mattie Sullivan | VP Director, Issues and Crisis | Golin

Mattie Sullivan is a VP Director in the Corporate Communications practice at Golin, specializing in issues and crisis management. While at Golin, Mattie has led the planning and execution of issues preparedness and crisis response for industry-leading companies including McDonald’s, Hyatt, Walmart, Crayola, Johnsonville, NatureSweet, PetSmart, DanoneWave (Horizon Organic, Silk), Corona Extra, Mead Johnson Nutrition (Enfamil), Ferrara/Ferrero, and Unilever brands.
