David Barista has covered the U.S. construction industry for more than 15 years including multiple editorial roles at Building Design+Construction magazine, where currently serves as Editorial Director.

Kyle Hudson, Project Manager; VIATechnik

Kyle Hudson is a project manager at VIATechnik, where he oversees BIM and VDC projects from inception through deliverable. He has coordinated MEP for new facilities, managed the reality capture and modeling process for existing buildings, and worked with stakeholders to apply virtual reality and simulations to projects in a meaningful way. 

Lucas Richmond, Sr. Media Studio Manager; Gilbane Building Company
Lucas Richmond is the Sr. Media Studio Manager for Gilbane Building Company. Lucas excels in this role, because he is a problem solver and someone that can help people realize their architectural vision. He can take a simple, pencil sketch from a napkin and bring to life a vision in a 3D environment, where you can add materials, lighting and finishes and then view in a high frame rate Virtual Reality.


Aleisha Jaeger, Construction Director; Gilbane Building Company
With over 15 years of experience in construction services, operations and client relationships, Aleisha has extensive experience planning, implementing and overseeing all phases of complex construction projects. With her diverse construction and operations background, Aleisha brings a unique understanding of master planning and facility management concepts for operational efficiency to clients.
